I worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for The Heart of Europe, a luxury Real Estate Developer, whose projects are based off the coast of Dubai on the world islands.I worked as part of the HR team recruiting for their back office and operations roles. I set up individual health care claims and dealt with any individual that may be associated with a claim.I have showed a lot of initiative in this role and have received rewards and recognition as a result.This role has taught me a lot about independence and being competent to make large decisions, which I was solely responsible for.I’ve proceeded to have good customer management skills and this opportunity gave me a good experience of working in a customer centric environment.
