My role was to help enhance existing and develop new talent acquisition strategies across Mouchel Consulting's key business units - Highways and Transportation, Water & Infrastructure & Environment My key objective was to source candidates via various direct attraction methods for our requirements across environmental services (including ecology, development, heritage, planning and geotechnical) and transport/ highways engineering (including intelligent transport, transport planning and highways design). I was the dedicated point of contact for between 60 – 80 roles across the divisions; planning attraction campaigns including direct advertising, LinkedIn, internal referral scheme, recruitment events and networking. In 2015 our team was awarded the Best International Recruitment Team award from the Inhouse Recruitment NetworkKey achievements:• Worked alongside the Resourcing Manager to implement the direct sourcing strategy for engineering business leading to £189k saving in year one, projected savings for year two of £313k.
