Primary oversight of HEDIS and CAHPS for the 14 Anthem/Elevance Federal Employee Program plans. Includes being the established LOB Quality liaison and provides efficient communication regarding HEDIS responsibilities, intervention strategy, quality assurance processes, quality improvement activities, QI accreditation and budgets related to the HEDIS project. Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing quality initiatives within the BlueChoice South Carolina Medicaid line of business. Provides process and technical supervision to a team responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care/service, appropriateness, continuous improvement, member satisfaction, and results of actions across the continuum of care to members. Duties include HEDIS management with state performance measures, performance improvement projects, service gap-based reporting, provider/member education, NCQA accreditation, quality meeting oversight, data reporting and analytics.
