City National Bank (CNB) is a Minority Owned & Operated Community Bank who's primary mission is to provide financial solutions to underrepresented populations such as: Low-to-Moderate Income Communities and Countries, Minority & Women Owned Enterprises and Small Businesses.As Impact Strategist and manager of impact initiatives I collaborated with executive management to disperse capital for investments and projects that generated social impact and financial returns. This included: Building strategic partnerships through volunteer & community outreach events and managing impact data that helped articulate CNB's mission.

At Bank of America I collaborated with teams in London and New York to improve data integrity within the Compliance Surveillance Data Repository. I assisted with data migration initiatives that were key in keeping the business in compliance and ahead of it's competitors.I also managed and trained Data Technology team members on the logic and logistics of Compliance Surveillance Models. This contributed to a holistic understanding of how business & database needs overlapped and correlated to one another.Furthermore, using Oracle, I helped my team develop practices and queries that increased efficiency of data migration projects.

While at City National Bank I have helped streamline sensitve company analytics and created a data repository which contributed to increase in bank revenue, improved data integrity and regulatory compliance. Also worked alongside the IT Department assisting with technical issues and application support. City National Bank is the only minority owned and operated Bank in New Jersey and strives to serve the under-banked.

As the Information Delivery Intern I managed the delivery of vital analytics and reports to all business units at City National Bank. While interning I helped created and maintain a reporting practice that directly contributed to increased productivity, data quality and understanding of bank wide data.

As a personal banker I came up with innovative ways to bring in more business to City National Bank while also increasing team morale. Higher team effort contributed to more refferals, more accounting openings and increased sales ratios.
