Built a market brand: Launched two net new research campaigns, from conception to go- to- market, Mobility Reimagined and Work Reimagined. • Work Reimagined was launched in 2020 to show the market our understanding and recommendations on employee and employee tension in the workforce. The survey consistently ranks in the top 10 viewed pages on ey.com. The 5th annual survey is launching this October.• Mobility Reimagined is not only a new survey, but also a comprehensive conference and webcast program to build a strong community of clients built around education and the desire to move the mobility function ahead. Client engagement: Built a Marketo buyer newsletter from scratch to a current distribution list of more than 35,000 contacts. This newsletter shares relevant market messages, thought leadership, events and key media hits with our subscribers on a monthly basis to continue building our reputation as thought leader in the space. Extending resources: People Advisory Services is sometimes a small fish in a big pond. The COVID pandemic highlighted the need for strategic people functions- but, initially, had limited resources to make a larger impact. I have used my role as “chief connector” to leverage many existing programs, campaigns and communications vehicles to stretch our impact to our clients, much to the success of People Advisory Services.
