We provide the help and hope local women need to choose life for their baby. I lead an incredible team dedicated to serving moms and saving babies on the Peninsula. The Peninsula community is so incredibly supportive of this ministry and we've grown aggressively in the past five years. In 2023, we dedicated a new state-of-the-art clinic and ministry headquarters.

I love helping organizations find clarity for their customers or donors. I'm not taking additional clients but I do offer a one-day crash course on story brand.

Managed the Comm Team. We were responsible for ICM's marketing, advertising, and mass communications. Main Deliverables: direct mail, foundation proposals, video stories, event assets, digital assets, annual report, social media management. ICM has annual revenue over $20 million.I also drove ICM's exploration into new markets. Helped evolve ICM's branding using StoryBrand to help tell their story to new audiences around the world.

I helped lead the team responsible for processing nearly 1000 applications each year for church buildings from partner organizations around the world.Worked with an internal team and outside developers on a fully customized cloud-based database. We integrated our online application system, Access-based project database and donor management system into a single system. Specifically I designed and tested the project application process and the system for linking data from the old to the new system.

Raised funds for the American Heart Association through an event called HeartChase and Heart Walk.Started HeartChase in Gloucester, Poquoson, Chesapeake and Suffolk in 2014. I earned several national benchmarks including the 2nd largest event in the country. For each HeartChase I recruited and managed executive volunteers, signed corporate sponsors, executed marketing and recruitment strategies, and planned event logistics. I also assisted in the development and improvement of the HeartChase product on a national scale.Heart Walk is the signature fundraising event for the American Heart Association in Hampton Roads and in FY 2012-2013 we exceeded our goal by raising $605,000 to fight Heart Disease and Stroke. As a team we raise nearly $1,000,000 each year.Lead a consultative sales training for new Mid-Atlantic Affiliate Employees each quarter.

Founded and directed the Microfinance Site for SI Dominican Republic. Crafted the business plan and raised seed funding. Directed all aspects of the program: selecting and training leaders and loan recipients, processing loans, maintaining financial records, managing full-time employees, long-term interns and short-term volunteers.In my 3 year tenure we lent nearly $100,000 with a 100% repayment rate. The site has grown consistently since my departure in 2012. Founded a Boys Club Site that mentored impoverished boys ages 8-18. The program taught basic life skills and principles to 200 boys in multiple communities.

Communicated with buyers, resolved order problems, coordinated transportation, assisted in sales, kept record of sales and fill rates, and maintained and consolidated inventory for all packaging materials.

Created a website for elevation benchmarks throughout the city, participated in planning sessions and meetings, supported administration in various planning projects
