- Assisted librarians in developing tutorial videos, visuals, LibGuides, and other website content regarding the Ex Libris Alma platform- Compiled information on Open Educational Resources (OERs) for librarians and faculty, building Zotero databases on over a dozen subjects -- including Applied Management, Racial Justice, Business Law, Journalism, and others.- Worked regularly with the Springhare suite (i.e. LibAnswers, LibGuides, and LabCal)- Personally developed and maintained LibGuides for curriculum and student support- Taught seminars on library resources, research practices and strategies, database navigation, discovery services, citation tools, and other academic literacy skills- Assisted with useability analysis of electronic resources- Assisted with the maintenance of electronic resources (including URL normalization across the library’s ecosphere)- Assisted librarians with orientation events for Freshman and transfer students- Provided reference and technical assistance to students and faculty in-person, through email, on the phone, or over web-based chat – frequently trouble-shooting technical issues or disruption of access- Supervised student library staff during evening and late-night shifts
