Holly has a Bachelors Degree in Communications and has worked in the training, and project management field for most of her career. Currently Holly is the Business Manager for a technology and leadership company Tanduo Technical Partners who offer a high paced Product Delivery Team approach where quality, continuous improvement and delivery are primary focuses.Previously, Holly was the Executive Director for an environmental non-profit currently. This involves managing large and small projects, multitasking, people skills, time management skills, and a whole lot more. Other experiences include being the Operations Manager for a technology training company, an Education Coordinator, and a Trainer. Classes taught include a wide spectrum; from software training to customer service. She has owned and operated a photography and floor plan business for many years as well. Holly has a drive to be creative and producing visual images of floor plans or marketing pieces is one way to channel that energy.
