As a Senior Leadership Team member of Presbyterian Support Central (PSC), I lead all HR matters for this large and multi-faceted organisation. Initially employed as the Human Resources Manager, following a review of the organisation’s ongoing HR needs, I worked with the Chief Executive to redesign the structure and was subsequently appointed People and Capability Director.I have HR responsibility for approximately 1000 staff across more than 20 sites from Taranaki to Wellington, and lead a team of seven, which supports the full HR function across the organisation from payroll to recruitment, advisory, and health and safety.
