I come with 7 years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management - planning, leading, and improving activities to support successful business operations. Strategic in developing policies, managing employees, and providing support to all. Focused on motivating employees and working with diverse personality types to drive improvements. Setting expectations high to provide residents an excellent experience when living at one of our properties, and for all residents to be proud to call, their home! I started out in the Multi-Family industry as a leasing agent. After a year in the industry, I was quickly promoted to property manager for the next 5/6 years in my career. I spent those years learning,growing, and working hard. I also wanted to continue moving up in this industry, never thinking that in my 3rd year with my current company, that I would get that opportunity. I was promoted to Regional/Area Supervisor June of 2022.
