Manages the firm’s day-to-day business operations, including managing the monthly accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles to ensure solid partnerships with vendors and clients. I maintain, oversee, and document policies and procedures with firm attorneys and staff, as well as troubleshoot problems and perform operational duties as required to process and expedite transactions. Additionally, I work with all our attorneys, staff, and clients to meet business needs and maximize the firm’s efficiency.

Responsible for generating pre-bills, processing invoice revisions, finalizing invoices, and electronic submissions. Assist with accurate maintenance of timekeeper rates, task and activity codes, cost exemptions, and billing information pertinent to specific clients/matters. Coordinates hiring and HR needs and assists with company events and projects.
