This resulted in marked improvement with CTO’s metric trending and took them from failing to meet the established targets to exceeding them• Recognizing the challenges with consistently failing compliance for PlanView time entry, proactively established and automated a process for monitoring and reporting results to drive accountability for improved on-time submission/approvals. This yielded a significant improvement in CTOs compliance allowing them to consistently meet the GCT established goal of 97%• Identified root causes of failing MCA ratings, who was accountable, and ensured actions were being take to remediate which resulted in metrics returning to at or above target• Proactively worked with Risk & Control and MCA team to identify gaps in MCA process and recommended/drove improvements that resulted in CTO receiving an Effective rating

• Accountable for maturing, maintaining and assessing compliance of Technology Testing processes and procedures by all Technology Organizations across Citi• Developed of a single standard for Technology Testing that supported Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile SDLCs as part of the Global Operating Model (GOM) initiative. This included: o Analyzing all existing testing processes across GCT LOBs while conducting research on industry best practices to determine standard approach,o Documenting L2 process descriptions, including inputs/outputs and creating process flow charts, o Defining standardized roles and responsibilities, mapping existing roles to new GOM roles and creating a RACI matrix, o Conducting conference room pilots and collaborating with Requirements and Development work streams to ensure seamless handoffs, o Documenting L3 process detail and creating artifact templates for Test Plans and Exit Reports,o Presenting new GOM Test Solution process to GCT Senior Leadership team.o Monitoring and reporting on new process adoption by conducting periodic audits of GCT Testing • Lead the effort to select a web application scanner for Dynamic-on-Demand web security testing in support of the S-SDLC initiative.
