Based in the regional training store for the majority of my career with WM Morrison’s PLC, I am responsible for leading a high performing team, selling and producing products, and providing an exceptional in store experience for customers within a fast paced, high volume retail environment. Running departments that deliver consistent upwards like for like performances. Working with my store manager to improve operations, sales and profitability to achieve KPIs, whilst ensuring that all health and safety guidelines are followed within all food production areas. Foster a positive work environment by consistently treating all colleagues and customers with respect and consideration. Making staffing decisions as required meeting business needs.
