I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who studied at Deakin University, Melbourne. I design and deliver safe and effective, evidence based exercise interventions as a form of therapy for people with chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. I have experience working with a range of pathologies and injuries in healthy and chronic disease populations. I am enthusiastic and love using my creativity as part of team to deliver high quality services. I have a strong interest in women’s health and disability, particularly autism, and hope to continue to develop my knowledge in both areas.
