To succeed, the PM of this business-critical project needed to understand the new QMS (Quality Management System), Project Management processes, convoluted resource allocations, matrix reporting, new ERP system (SAP) and create a plan and deliver. And that is exactly what Holly did, deliver! First and foremost, Holly invested herself into thoroughly understanding herself what it means to operate in the new environment. When she needed help, we discussed and her insights and questions were valuable in shaping the system and execution methods. Once she had a fairly good handle on the path forward, she elevated the team’s understanding by patiently bringing them up to speed. All through the execution phase, she held people accountable and when needed helped them to complete their deliverables. She was passionate to get to the end with zero compromises. Along the way, the reporting was objective, risks were monitored and mitigated as needed and the team was motivated. The project was completed meeting all expectations and the teams involved respected Holly and I got multiple requests to assign her as the PM for other projects from my peers! To grow Holly’s skillset, I assigned her as the manager of the documentation department to manage product DHF approval and storage. She did exceedingly well in creating new and sustainable processes which not only streamlined operations but also provided much needed reporting and feedback metrics along the way. Due to her work ethic and caliber, I highly recommend Holly for any position she chooses to apply to and she will be an asset to any firm she works in."
