I am a customer service professional who has been working in the hospitality industry for over 5 years. I have work and volunteer experience in food and beverage, conference and events, and sport venue operations throughout my years at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I have worked in both slow-paced, upscale environments to high-energy, high-customer turnover environments which have given me the skills to problem solve quickly and make decisions efficiently. Because of my adaptability and ease of learning new skills, I can produce desired results in any environment I am placed. I have experience in training multiple size groups which has given me the ability to listen, adapt, and direct individuals towards the success of the company. I approach each challenge with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed while keeping the interests of those involved at the utmost of importance.
