Manager & Product Owner, Risk & Compliance Team at Mishcon de Reya LLPKey Responsibilities:- Lead the admin and developer team for the firm's New Business Intake (NBI) system.- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.- Advise stakeholders on technical feasibility and provide effective solutions.- Conduct gap analyses as necessary.- Identify dependencies and issues affecting project delivery.- Document business and technical requirements.- Maintain the product backlog and prioritise tasks for the NBI admin/developer team.- Coordinate with Intapp partners to implement system changes and upgrades.- Oversee modifications to workflows, form designs, integrations, and notification settings.- Create, modify, and manage rules in Integrate.- Ensure compliance with the firm’s IT change approval process and participate in weekly change approval meetings.- Manage day-to-day operations of Integrate and Open Intake and Conflicts.- Liaise with Intapp Support as needed.- Develop and deliver training materials for the NBI system.- Establish and document NBI processes for new offices and Mishcon group entities.- Create PowerBI reports.- Act as data steward for client and matter information.Achievements2023 - Successfully managed and completed the integration of thousands of clients and matters from another firm into our NBI system upon merger.2020 - Successfully configured and launched a new client/matter onboarding application, streamlining the onboarding process across the business.
