Within Swarovski I worked in a small team, often working more than 12 hours per week. In order to pass my three month probation it was vital for me to complete my training online (eLearning) and to prove my customer service skills were to my fullest ability. After passing my probation, I continued to learn and develop my customer supports skills from day to day. Although part time, I completed many big transactions, every week I would try my hardest to complete my individual target/KPIs and most weeks would succeed also pushing myself to be top sales associate of the week (competing against full time staff such as seniors and the manager). Cheshire Oaks is one of few Outlets therefore attracts people internationally and is very busy every day. I have learnt to interact with customers whom are unable to speak the English language very well and my Welsh language was helpful at Swarovski as I often recognised the language being spoken. When on an evening shift (store closing) I would use my numeracy and technology skills to fill out figures such as Gross, Net, Tax, refunds and what we had earned hourly during that shift. Whilst working in Swarovski I pride myself in scoring a 100% score on feedback from a mystery shopper that attended the store, making myself and my manger proud
