I am an experienced senior professional, skilled in finance, strategy, business development, marketing, and investor relations. After an extensive career in investment banking, I joined a publicly traded medical device company, Kensey Nash Corporation, leading their business development and investor relations efforts for twelve years. During this tenure, I was responsible for creating strategic relationships, identifying and executing acquisitions, and analyzing market opportunities across the company’s business segments, which included cardiology, orthopedic, and many other medical device markets. In addition, Kensey Nash built from scratch an endovascular business segment. I was responsible for market and competitive analysis, forecasting and valuation, establishment of European distribution agreements, and led the initiative to identify synergistic opportunities that ultimately consummated in the acquisition of a major technology. After leaving Kensey Nash in 2008, I remained active with consulting and advisory opportunities, and became involved in a number of important civic roles. I was recruited to join Intact Vascular to lend financial and strategic expertise to a venture backed start-up in September 2013.
