Key role delivering NorthLink WA, Main Roads WA’s largest/ever road infrastructure project worth AUD$1.02b. Managed community and stakeholder engagement through design and construction of NorthLink WA central section. The section involved WA’s first freeway-to-freeway, free-flowing interchange, and provides a 20km link from Reid Highway to Ellenbrook.Led and supported a high-performing team of four. A trusted member of the senior leadership team, and a key advisor to the client.

Developed and delivered communications, community and stakeholder engagement, issues management and media relations strategies for clients, including: - Xstrata Zinc (now Glencore)- Vale- Rio Tinto- Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal- Santos- Eastern Star Gas- SunWater - BHP- GHD- Brisbane City Council- Mitchell HoldingsSpecialised in project work to manage and mitigate high risk public-facing reputational issues. Led and supported eight-member team of consultants.

Responsible for communications and opening events for AUD$3 billion Clem Jones Tunnel (CLEM7) and FLOW Tolling during transition from construction to opening.Delivered communication programs to encourage driver safety, increase tunnel usage numbers, mitigate reputational risk and invest in the community. Responsible for all facets of CLEM7 opening events from development to roll-out. Multi-events strategy saw extensive community awareness and goodwill achieved with more than 70,000 people in attendance over opening weekend. More than AUD$200,000 was also raised for Brisbane charities.

Primarily worked with Leighton Abigroup Joint Venture, responsible for design and construction of AUD$2billion Gateway Upgrade Project. Responsible for communication and consultation activities for two of three sections, which were:- construction of duplicated Gateway Bridge- a new seven-kilometre motorway through Brisbane Airport. Built strong relationships with key internal construction personnel and external stakeholders, developing strategies to minimise impacts of construction. Dealt on the frontline of construction with community queries, issues and complaints from start to finish.Executed a successful community engagement strategy to design and build a community park, located in an historically significant ex-abattoir area under the new Gateway Bridge.

Bartercard is an international business-to-business trade exchange with thousands of small to medium business-owner members worldwide.At Bartercard I progressed through member engagement roles in three Australian brokerages. Through engagement with a portfolio of around 150+ small to medium businesses, I supported many to increase bottom-line cash profits and improve their customer base.I developed and implemented tailored plans to help members spend and attract Bartercard dollars. I fostered positive relationships and resolved issues. I coordinated networking events, undertook strategic communication activities to build trust, and facilitated trading relationships between members.
