I have had a variety of jobs. I have been a documentary secretary at C. Itoh of American in SF. I also have volunteered at the Women's Needs Center there. While going through School I worked in the Art Library on Campus and the Leonardo's Journalist Paper at the time located at SF State Univ. When I returned to the Washington DC I further studied art at the Washington Studio Center and have worked a semester in their office. I worked with children in the before and after school program at Key Day School. Have volunteered in the office of Corcoran Art School and also with the Smithsonian Associate Programs in the office assisting the Arts program and Children's programs. I have worked at George Mason Univ. in the Johnsons Center when it was then under Follet Book Store. Once I went with a group to Rwanda to help the children, after a civil war only having our time cut short by a volcano erupting. I have studied art, flying - using the diamond DA-20 and have volunteered with the NASM in both locations where I presently am and have been for over 15 years. Am apart of a book club and a poetry group. And have had a sustaining love and interests in scriptures from my early college years until now. And these are only places that I have had the great opportunity of meeting so many wonderful people.
