Coordinate, support, and manage marketing activities, which include:• Reviewing potential leads and bid opportunities from external sites, distribute to appropriate business group leaders, and support MB&G’s go/no-go process.• Tracking marketing metrics such as proposals submitted, wins, and losses.• Preparing collateral materials (e.g., flyers, Statement of Qualifications, etc.) • Maintaining content and regularly updating social media accounts and website.• Supporting Principals with marketing tasks related to public relations, social media, advertising, special events, direct mail programs, and trade shows.• Supporting conference and trade shows attendance with booth and collateral preparation.• Support proposal development by creating proposal templates, graphics, tables, developing general text, and managing the proposal process• Managing teaming partners and external staff while developing proposals.

As part of Balfour Beatty's Alternative Delivery Proposal Team, work occurred across the nation to develop best-in-class infrastructure, rail and water proposals with longer project durations, allowing the team to successfully message and develop content for winning work. The team developed qualifications and proposals, presentations and other deliverables, both print documents and electronic, across multiple platforms.

• Graphic design work for proposal covers, project photos and internal/external marketing needs• Managing and writing proposals using InDesign• Participating in and organizing kick off meetings for proposals• Write news stories for press releases, internal company blog, website and social media accounts• Send out newsletter through MailChimp every week• Maintain website for company through WordPress platform• Coordinate support for company conferences, trade shows, and community involvement • Create and implement social media plans and editorial calendar, content and develop metrics• Maintain and create collateral material for the company• Order and organize inventory of marketing supplies for the company
