Holly has a huge passion for inspiring others to improve their health. Her most recent venture was completing a post graduate certificate in human nutrition and is very interested in various topics such as the microbiome and brain health. Her career started as a professional dancer performing in various parts of the industry in London,Los Angeles and Paris. From these experiences, Holly learnt the importance of looking after the body and mind and what can happen if you don't.
