I spent four years leading the marketing team who looked after anything and everything marketing and communications related. Marketing strategy, Copywriting, Internal Communications, Crisis Communication, Social Media Management and Customer Experience to name a few. In 2019 we rebranded which saw us combine two brands with 70 years worth of history into one brand that is firmly focused on putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
