My responsibilities include managing our social media accounts, managing and updating our website and company intranet, creating social media and digital graphics & videos, working on creating collateral and messaging for all marketing campaigns, managing community events, writing blog articles for our website, coordinating and managing charitable contributions, etc. I work directly with the Senior Vice President of HR and Marketing to plan and coordinate all marketing campaigns for the bank. I work directly with our staff to coordinate messaging and marketing efforts to ensure proper execution of each campaign. I oversee all campaigns from beginning to end, and I produce reporting on the results of all campaigns. I also oversee the collection of data and production of reports on the success of our social media campaigns for the Board of Directors. Working in the financial industry, I have become well-versed in the areas of financial compliance and regulation as they relate to marketing. While it can be a challenge, it is not impossible to create effective marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while still remaining fully compliant!
