I help clients plan travel arrangements that meet their budget, schedule, and expectations. These travel arrangements may be a honeymoon, family vacation, or weekend getaway.

• Maintain appointment calendar, arrange meetings, assist in the scheduling of cases, screen visitors and telephone calls, answer inquiries or refer them to appropriate personnel. Type correspondence and administrative reports for Judge’s review and signature. Type legal documents from handwritten drafts. Assist in the maintenance of the Judge’s law library, inventory of equipment, personal records, legal files and calendars. Operate a variety of office equipment including a personal computer, photocopier, calculator and fax machine. Perform background checks on the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS), prepare jury charges and any other assigned tasks.
