-Successfully run a full desk while building and maintaining exemplary relationships with clients and employees-Serve as the primary contact for client and employee communication, coordinate and participate in all client meetings, and manage client and employee expectations in relation to pay, location, and headcount -Responsible for creating hiring plans and managing teams of up to 10 recruiters per account, ensuring timelines are met with the highest quality candidates -Manage all client/employee onboarding and screenings, create new account SOP’s, organize and complete day one check in for new hires, navigate client/employee coaching's, conversions, billing, and terminations as needed

-Full cycle recruitment for contract, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire positions in multiple industries including but not limited to contact center solutions, manufacturing, administrative, and tech-Use of social media(Facebook, Craigslist) and sourcing tools(LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Daxtra), as well as CRM to connect with and place candidates in open requisitions-Exceed all initial and stretch goals, consistently the top performer for the Tampa branch with over $2 million billed in 2021 and over 350 candidates placed annually-Oversee the full application process and walk candidates through onboarding, reference checks, I-9 compliance, and guide them through the duration of their contracts

-Managed internal and external requisitions in North and South America, evaluating and selecting candidates for the interview process using multiple sourcing and screening techniques for leadership and senior level roles, specializing in Operations, Human Resources, and Facilities/Support positions

-Conduct initial interviews using behavioral questions in a high volume environment exceeding goals of up to 2,500 hires in a 3 month period. Coaches possible candidates on best practices to succeed-Acting Recruiting Lead and point of contact as needed while maintaining all personal responsibilities
