Led the restructuring and daily procedures of the Student Services department including Registrar and Bursar services to meet the needs of approximately 700 graduate and undergraduate students on three campuses. Developed and implemented operational improvements within the Department of Student Services and Registrar's Office to enhance the academic and campus experience for close to 900 adult learners on three campuses. Coordinated and directed resident-focused programs while overseeing operations of a non-traditional residence hall housing 300 students.

Collaborated in the delivery of quality housing services, programs, and academic / personal support to 2,000 resident students. Directed and served on the selection committee for 50 Resident Assistant positions. Extended computer technology capabilities and competencies within the department by creating databases for discipline and damage billing. Co-chaired the campus Sexual Assault Committee and functioned as First Responder for incidents of sexual assault.

Taught two sections of non-credit Avenues to Success Course Program seminar for first-year students. Developed and conducted classroom presentations, activities, and lectures. Conducted detailed research on topics that required the use of library, business, and national resources. Created surveys to determine satisfaction levels of students, alumni, supervisors, and staff. Tabulated survey data and prepared statistical reports using a variety of software. Located and applied for funding from private and public agencies.
