I have had ten years' experience in customer service, five years' experience in accounts receivable, and three years' as a leadership role in credit analysis. I have learned a multitude of accounting programs over the past five years, which I swiftly grew comfortable with. The different programs and skills I've learned in the past five years I've been in receivables has allowed me grow to have more roles and responsibility with my current employer. I started in 2018 as a collections employee with a label company, and within the first year was promoted to the corporate side collecting money and releasing orders while also delegating tasks to my fellow employees. At the start of 2020 I was presented the opportunity to start working at my current job as a credit specialist, where I set up new customer accounts, run credit checks to set an account credit line, contact customers for past due amounts they have with us, handle special invoicing requirements, work in several portals to ensure customers are receiving our invoicing, among many other tasks. I recently specialize in working with landfill customers and companies in Canada that purchase or rent pipe.
