I led as an agile coach for dispersed software development teams. We used Scrumban as our agile framework of choice to allow the team to progress with new development and handle the maintenance and support of existing software solutions.

I led Enseñalia's IT project of implementing the Zoho CRM platform for management of lead generation and conversion. My responsibilities included automating the platform to standardize and streamline company procedures and company trainings.

Madrid Area, Spain

I worked at Enseñalia coordinating their international exchanges and educational travel experiences. Working with programs in the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia and Canada. Job responsibilities included organizing and negotiating partner deals, designing product catalogs and consulting clients on program selection and design.

I started my own online English teaching business. I taught students from all over the world English from a conversational approach. I emphasized the importance of actually using the language to my students so that they could improve their English fluency. Most of my classes were for small groups of students and each group was multi-national.

Bucaramanga, Colombia

I was a part-time English teacher for children from the ages of 3-7. I assisted the school with developing activities and games to promote interaction in English with the children and their teachers.

I assisted the institute with one of their teaching contracts with a local school. I taught teachers from the Comfenalco schools instructional English vocabulary so that they could implement English speaking into their own classrooms.

Bucaramanga, Colombia

I taught conversational English classes with this organization. The organization serviced English language students of all ages from preschoolers to teenagers and adults. My primary focus was on adult and teen classes.

I was responsible for promoting the business' services through both Twitter and Facebook using many different marketing techniques. I was hired on to create more engagement with the company's current clients and to help generate leads on possible new clients.
