Payroll processing for small companies, along with quarterly and year-end payroll tax reporting

•Maintain fixed asset database and ensure records are current and accurate.•Maintain appropriation request records and reconciliations and prepare internal reports monthly.•Perform periodic asset audits.•Act as backup for general staff accountant position.•Perform special analyses or assignments as directed by Accounting Manager and Vice President of Finance.•Ensure that adequate internal controls exist to protect company assets.•Maintain capital budget and depreciation and amortization budgets.•Maintain intangible asset records and reconciliations.•Assist with year-end tax work paper preparation.•Learn and utilize Micro Motion – Boulder’s (MMIB’s) financial systems (Oracle, Hyperion).•Develop effective working relationships between MMIB, EPM & EMR corporate, & non-MMIB MMI personnel and interact on a regular basis.
