As the Manager, I performed inventory management, cycle counts, schedules, cash management and banking, organizing educational classes and events, merchandising, and participated in store growth plan.

As the Lead Sales Associate, I was responsible for all day to day store operations, employee training and supervision, and the purchasing of ten major product brands for my store. I participated in annual inventory counts, weekly inventory management, and data entry in POS system. I interacted daily with customers and performed all banking and cash handling transactions. I was the point of contact for vendor communications and resolution of purchasing errors. I coordinated booth and in store events which included set up, break down, sales/customer service, register set up, and education. I created the daily employee schedule, monthly merchandising, and retail sales growth and recycling program goals.

As the Sales Associate, I performed customer service, sales, cash handling, restocking, cleaning, receiving shipment and cycle counts.

As a Recovery Coach, I coached clients on mental health and addiction recovery. I facilitated recovery classes, transported clients in company vechicle, wrote informational patient notes, organized and created medical charts, performed general office duties, and communicated with community and county entities to coordinate client services.
