Manage multi-unit school district's Federal Child Nutrition Programs. Expert with NSLP, SBP, CACFP (certified), SFSP, CEP, and FFVP execution. Train and lead a combined staff of 44 associates to insure compliance and superb execution of food safety, food quality, and food presentation on a daily basis. I also manage a combined $5.5M in federal revenue and expenses in a volatile school environment. Training, leading, and getting buy-in from associates to create a positive work environment, are my areas of expertise. I’m know for associate recognition, as well. Annual school financial audits have always been successful along with required USDA and MDE program audits. I’ve also had an USDA audit of my program (from the Chicago office) with total compliance noted.

Oversaw school meal operations at 18 school districts from Kalamazoo, MI to Bloomington, IN. Responsible for new business sales, new business openings, profit and loss, BOE presentations, human resource functions, purchasing, client relations, contract renewal, program compliance, training, and overall growth and positive relations for the company. Managed volume exceeded $35M in school meal sales.
