Assisted both customers and colleagues in a number of key tasks including: stock replenishment, creating promotional displays, answering customer queries and promoting in store offers, in particular the company advantage card.

Worked on both the main shop floor and on the meat and deli counters. On the shop floor assisted a small team in tasks such as stock replenishment, assisting customers in locating products and processing customer transactions. As a meat and deli counter assistant, I was responsible for cleaning the counters, closing down the counters at the end of each shift and making relevant reductions on products.

Worked in a team to serve both food and drinks in a busy environment. Organised seating plans and bookings for both regular service and events. Handled any customer complaints or queries, building a strong rapport with regular customers.
