• Work directly with Sales Dept. and Logistics Dept. to coordinate the release of new order and follow up with shipping/logistic matters• Assisting customers with delivery and distribution matters• Create new job reports• Placing re-orders for blanket orders• Answer and return all store calls• Support the Sales team - customer issues• Gathering information and documents from Sales team to submit to various departments for approval• Coordinate Installation Teams with Shipping Schedules• Trace lost or missed delivered shipments and provide the customer with proof of delivery information• Research credit/return problems• Provide invoices and credit memos to stores as requested• Send inventory balances to customers upon request• Follow up to coordinate Clean up at the end of a rollout program• Coordinate Disposal Teams with Installation Teams• Process and provide reports when needed (invoicing, standing orders, signal store order regulating)• Run weekly reports and submit to billing• Handle special projects as assigned• Investigate customer's problems and find solutions• Hire, train, and terminate customer service agents• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter• Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by agents• Resolve complaints and orders• Keep abreast of new company products and services• Isolate and identify areas of improvement• Train agents how to adequately address problems over phone• Work with management on customer service initiatives

• Work directly with the Construction crews to coordinate work schedules and service calls• Meet with new clients and create bid packages• Responsible for all daily office / clerical duties• Handle payroll process for the construction crews• Follow up on customer service issues• Run weekly reports for payables and billing – create invoices• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory performance upon job completion• Work with management to handle special projects
