Leading the EMEA Talent Marketing Client Partner team. We work with our clients and account teams to understand their strategic goals and challenges, and develop comprehensive talent marketing strategies that align to the employer brand and improve the candidate experience.

This is a project based role where I'm focused on developing our EVP and people brand, attraction methods and developing an approach to workforce planning. I'm leading on shaping the Society's Employer brand to attract high quality, diverse talent. I manage suppliers and matrix manage members of the TA team to create exciting collateral and ensure the Society maintains optimum digital presence as an employer of diverse talent.I also provide support and guidance to the wider People team to ensure all communications are executed in line with our EVP messaging, tone of voice and visual identity. The other focus of my role is Talent Planning. Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, I'm responsible for understanding their future skill requirements, the drivers that can impact these predictions and, using external market knowledge, translate these in to 12/18 month workforce plans.

Leading a team of 12 across Talent Acquisition and On-Boarding. Responsible for delivering against all permanent, FTC and contingent worker hires for experienced and early careers programmes as well as ensuring pre-screening and contract production is achieved within time and quality SLA’s.I use key metrics to monitor team performance whilst empowering my team to achieve their goals. I'm passionate about supporting their development both professionally and personally. I'm responsible for developing a comprehensive attraction strategy which includes channels to attract active and passive candidates. I manage our media buying agency to ensure positive ROI on job board advertising and CV database use and manage our LinkedIn relationship ensuring the tool is used effectively. I support and guide the team to develop compelling content and upskill the team to utilise the most relevant sourcing channels to ensure quality applications. I support the team to effectively challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure appropriate and robust selection processes are designed and followed resulting in data-informed hiring decisions. I also manage our assessment provider to ensure we have access to the most up-to-date and relevant tools. I meet regularly with senior stakeholders to discuss and develop their recruitment strategies. I utilise my influencing skills to empower them to adopt and engage with different approaches to Talent Acquisition. I manage a broad range of key and critical suppliers. I hold regular review meetings to manage performance, spot opportunities to improve ROI, upskill the team on new features and services and manage escalated issues.

As a Brand and Early Careers Specialist I am responsible for supporting the development of an innovative and compelling people brand and Employee Value Proposition for the Coventry to ensure it attracts and retains the best talent in the marketplace. I am also responsible for developing and delivering a suite of Early Careers programmes including graduate, apprenticeship, internship and work experience through partnerships with Universities, colleges and schools.
