Current-Serve on the leadership team, managing 50+ employees and over 12 million dollars in annual revenue-Create impactful internal and external communications campaigns with achievable metrics and strategic deliverables (talking points, speeches, briefing decks, videos, infographics, style guides, newsletters, social media posts, etc.)-Establish relationships with the media, develop compelling media kits/press releases, and serve as the primary media trainer for the company, completing over 50 media training sessions for executive-level state and federal clients-Cultivate an inclusive corporate culture through policy development, supervisor training curriculum, and employee initiatives-Develop and implement engagement strategies for remote and hybrid staff including volunteer events, Teams competitions, corporate events, and onboarding programming-Oversee corporate social media channels and website platform, reinforcing branding standards and creating meaningful content-Provide one-on-one public speaking coaching to help leaders prepare for presentations of all types including conferences, congressional testimonies, and company-wide events-Ghostwrite on behalf of company leadership, implementing best practices in reputation management, audience segmentation and issue management -Build and maintain relationships with clients, teaming partners, and future employees
