Having grown up in a small town in a small house across the street from a cornfield, I spent many days in my small bedroom daydreaming about my future. In spite of my small beginnings, I had big dreams. I desperately wanted to change the world in some way one day, but I wondered how a small girl like me from a small town that wasn't even on most maps could have such an impact.Determined, I decided very early to not let anything stand in my way. I overcame setbacks, limiting beliefs, negative words from those who didn't believe in me, and many other obstacles along the way to becoming the first person in my family to earn both bachelor's and master's degrees. And that was just the beginning! Today, I am the Founder of The Holly Flood Group, a personal and professional growth and leadership development firm. I also proudly serve as a Campus Pastor at Impact Church (Formerly Parkway Christian Center). I am an award-winning TV producer and TV host/reporter as well as a Certified Speaker, Coach and DISC Behavioral Analysis Trainer. My mission is to change the world one empowered story at a time.Having worked in the television industry for more than 20 years, I have inspired millions of viewers around the world to live their best story. I have had the privilege of leading production teams while filming in the U.S., Canada, the Bahamas, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Uganda, Kenya, Antigua and Greece. I have also interviewed some of the greatest thought-leaders of this lifetime, including best-selling author T.D. Jakes, Grammy-award winning musician Kirk Franklin, speaker and actress Priscilla Shirer, Curves founder Gary Heavin, and real estate gurus David and Jason Benham.In addition to earning John Maxwell Team Certifications, I hold an MBA from Regent University and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University.
