I manage the day to day HR operations of several small privately held companies. These companies include DCAS, Software Solutions, Landmark Clearing, and Landmark Foods. I am responsible for recruiting, leaves, immigration, terminations, discipline, training, investigations, employee relations and more. I handle all HR issues except for payroll for 100 employees.

I provided a variety of strategic human resources services to SOI clients including conducting HR audits and offering recommendations, created employee handbooks, ADA-compliant job descriptions, and developed pay grades and equitable pay systems. I also developed and delivered stand-up training, conducted employee opinion surveys, and worked with clients on other individualized needs and projects.

I consulted with management and employees in areas including but not limited to; performance management, compensation and benefits, change management, policies and procedures, workforce restructuring, training and development, and legal avoidance to ensure equitable administration across business units and different locations. I also conducted employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate course of action to management team.

I designed and maintained a variety of employee programs and incentives, including referral programs, rewards and recognition, and new hire orientation standards. I was also responsible for headcount and turnover reporting as well as a company newsletter and the company store.

I was responsible for employment verifications, the employee referral program, and performed a variety of other clerical HR duties.
