I have a passion for analyzing and organizing data while also maintaining a positive and healthy work environment for myself and my team. We live in a corporate world where this can be hard to achieve and I want to do my part in making it easier. I have spent the last 3.5 years working in Retail Planning in some way shape or form. I have been able to hone in on my analytical skills and sharpen my ability to work in an everchanging retail climate. Additionally, I have used my previous and current experience to get better at communication, cross functional collaboration, and strong organizational skills. In my time working in retail planning, I have discovered my additional passion for leadership, creating a positive corporate culture, and positive work relationships. I continue to work to weave in strong relationships and work satisfaction in with my everyday planning work and enjoy bringing the two together.
