Acted as an expert user and consultant focused on business analysis, software implementation, and customer training. Managed large-scale software implementation projects involving managers, engineers, geologists, surveyors, consultants, and IT staff. Business development on several accounts, resulting in billings of $1M annually.

Re-designed and modeled costs for a new mining area at a pre-feasibility level. Tested new software for use in life-of-mine planning.
