Hi there, I'm Holly! I'm an experienced Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid instructor with over 8 years of experience delivering training to a wide range of sectors. I've received an average rating of 9.8/10 from my participants and have been fortunate enough to receive glowing testimonials from those who I've trained.I lost my brother to suicide 20 years ago and that loss has driven me to pursue change to reduce the rates of suicide in our communities. I am incredibly grateful for the skills I've acquired and the opportunity I have to deliver courses that have the ability to give people the skills, start conversations and make a positive impact.
