Currently working as a Marketing and E-Commerce Employee at Second Nature Boutique and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Toronto Metropolitan University. Strong sales representative trained with one of the largest international corporations: Frito Lay Canada (PepsiCo). Experienced Server with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. Skilled in Sales, Fashion, Leadership, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Event Planning. I recently completed graduate-level education in the study of Fashion at Toronto Metropolitan University. My research surrounded queer consumer behaviour within the realm of fashion. Through the usage of a focus group and arts-based methodologies, I investigated emotional factors that influence queer consumers to make their fashion purchases. This research was for a Major Research Project. My research interests include queer theory, consumer behaviour, social justice advocacy, marketing/advertising, leadership theory, and the study of fashion. Through my interdisciplinary experience, my area of examination is a unique combination of the arts and activism, with an incorporation of elements from the business industry. During my time in the program, I won the course award for Re-Dressing Crime, for achieving the highest mark and most valuable contributions.I have an academic background in an Undergraduate honours double major focused in Management and Organizational Studies/Leadership from Brescia University College at Western University. I graduated on the Dean’s list with Distinction.
