Manager Of Content Marketing
Current• Leads planning, development and implementation of brand and line of business content marketing, content development and distribution strategies• Translates brand strategy and activation activities into compelling content opportunities by identifying themes and hooks to build internal and external audience engagement• Thinks strategically about how to repurpose content for use across multiple channels including paid, owned, earned, and shared. Use audience insights, customer segments and messaging themes to build an integrated content plan• Reviews content created by content strategists, marketing, sales and operations to find and correct grammatical, spelling, syntax, punctuation, factual and other errors as well as ensure that each piece is meeting the strategic direction provided. Performs additional research as needed.• Ensures consistent style and voice for a variety of copy— including news releases, articles, web content, brochures, social media, emails and more — as well as tightens and polishes content and structure to conform to brand standards and messaging guidelines.• Takes the lead on and/or edits high profile enterprise projects as needed, including marketing, sales collateral, editorial and corporate communications content across all distribution channels (print, digital, social etc.).• Develops and maintains a high level of awareness and understanding of GuideStone audience types, business needs, drivers, etc. to help guide the creation of appropriate, compelling content for all product lines and channels.• Stays updated on content marketing best practices and recommends cost-effective ways to help GuideStone improve marketing and communication efforts to reach goals and strategies.• Creates, maintains and enforces GuideStone’s writing standards.• Leads, coaches, and nurtures the Content Marketing team responsible for executing content campaigns
