However, I transitioned my business to consult and manage inside and outside sales, marketing, and customer relations of all aspects based on demand. Through contract agreements, I have teamed with numerous business owners, employees, volunteers, and organization leaders of companies and non-profit entities of all scopes and sizes to develop, create, and implement plans and procedures for successful business growth. Based on experience, I am a leader who appreciates a new challenge. My career drive has allowed me to be exposed to business development trends for a variety of business industries, and I have successfully led others in setting and achieving their professional and personal goals. As a former high school teacher, I recognize the importance of a positive education for people of all ages, and I hold a life standard of “learning never ends.”I hold a Masters Degree in Agricultural Education, and volunteer in supporting students members to succeed in FFA and 4-H contests.
