Created and developed the ticketing and VIP departments, and assisted with the development of the live concert USB program. Worked with many music artists and their management team worldwide, creating an online presence and generating revenue from their online business. Continued to assist the founder with growing the company and eventually was promoted to General Manager then COO. Resigned shortly after the founder sold the business.

Hired as a promotion & events coordinator and was promoted to the promotion & events manager within one year. This department was responsible for organizing over 800 live events/year at Wal-Mart stores throughout the country which included book/cd/dvd signings with celebrities, parking lot concerts, and other grand opening events as well as coordinating entertainment for the yearly shareholders meetings.

Managed entire staff for the divisions in Lubbock and Amarillo as the Branch Manager. Was originally hired as a Staffing Manager and promoted to Division Director/Branch Manager of the Amarillo Branch within one year taking over the Lubbock branch shortly after. Responsible for all budgets, inventory, and ordering of marketing materials as well as reports for the corporate office for both divisions. Responsibilities included recruiting, interviewing, and screening potential employees and placing them on assignments. Determined clients needs for matching and placing skilled employees. Performed employee reference checks, recruiting, and counseling on behavioral and performance issues. Continual training under RHI as it pertained to Human Resources guidelines, policies, and yearly changes.

Joined the family business to assist with the marketing efforts of a fast growing structural composite technology construction company.

Followed an opportunity to purchase the agency I was working for at the time as a make-up artist. Continued to run the business for several years, then eventually sold the agency to a friend/co-worker in order to explore other opportunities. Continued to work with the agency as a staff photographer and consultant for many years.
