In 2014 I was employed at a call centre in Wellington called Contact Centres Australia. I called Australians selling raffle tickets for local charities like the Australian Red Cross, SESVA, and many others. As a sales caller I learnt objection handling, clear communication skills, and how to deal with difficult situations over the phone.

Max is a clothing store that aims to leave the customer with a happy experience and a beautiful outfit. I learnt a lot about communication, body shape, colouring and styling from working there. Duties included: Customer Service, Cash handling, POS, Stock Maintenance, General Duties, Outfitting, Clothing repairs, Key holder, Shift runner.

I worked for the children’s entertainment company Bingo and Friends as a Fairy. I attended to kids birthday parties, performing magic tricks, balloon animals and interacting and playing with the kids doing things like bubble blowing or dancing. It was a casual position where I worked for a few hours a weekend.
