There’s nothing I love more than researching challenging educational issues and seeking to resolve them. My unique experience and expertise as an educator and leader in public and private schools, combined with knowledge gained through my doctoral and graduate work focusing on the science of reading and educational neuroscience provides me with the ability to better understand and explain why evidence-based instruction is needed and how learning science can actually be applied in classroom practice to improve learning proficiency rates for learners of ALL backgrounds.
