Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs, my experience in the working world understanding the ins and outs of business operations began as young as age thirteen. I learned hands on what it looks like to provide an exceptional customer experience in representing company values of honesty and integrity while selling a quality product. I also learned back-end product preparation, marketing, and accounting. During my community college studies I began my own entrepreneurial journey as an Organizer and Household Manager. I created an Organizing and Management process and started my business, networked with families in need of my services and took on projects as time allowed. Utilizing these skills post community college as Office Administrator for Taylor Metal Products, I quickly moved up into Accounts Receivable, HR Assisting and Inventory Management, earning employee of the month for excellence in Office Administration. With a passion for creating efficient systems for positive impact, I decided to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology, maintaining Dean’s list standing at the University of Washington, Bothell. During my studies I had the chance to work with one of Seattle’s largest organizing companies and later towards the end of my undergraduate degree, I launched Resilience Resourcing, which is now Neuro Wellness Community, to bring together a network of holistic brain health resources to share through podcasts, panels and retreats. For the first Resilience Resourcing Retreat as the Creative Director, I brought together a network of stakeholders and volunteers to share resources with a community in need. Resilience Resourcing, now Neuro Wellness Community maintains a podcast and network for further panels and retreats. In addition to Neuro Wellness Community, I have gained further experience working in law. Learning the ins and outs of laws and procedures in our courts and governing systems has furthered my knowledge and expertise in business operations. Throughout my career, I have taken the initiative to learn and grow to produce efficient systems for excess productivity all while working in trying environments under strict deadlines. I have shown my greatest success under pressure. It is my desire to bring my well-rounded education, knowledge, and experience in communications, networking, marketing, sales, customer service, accounting, human resources, law and all the ins and outs that makeup successful business operations, as an asset to your team.
