Provide ongoing leadership, support and guidance to the Junior Club committee and community. The positive, welcoming and inclusive community environment that has been built has seen the club grow exponentially in the last few years.In the 2021/22 season, our overall junior player numbers increased by 36%, the number of club team grew by 55%, and our female participation rates doubled, experiencing a 100% increase for the second year in a row. 2021/22 initiatives:- Established Winter cricket teams to enter in the junior social leagues, with 3 club teams competing in 2021 and 6 club teams entered in Winter 2022. - Ongoing advocacy to ensure our programs are female-friendly (including by sourcing a supplier for female-fitted dark playing pants for our girls and stocking all team medical kits with sanitary supplies).

As the inaugural Inclusion in Sport Officer, I sought to address issues limiting student access to sport & fitness through regular stakeholder consultations, policy advocacy, & program delivery.[Outcomes & Responsibilities]+ Fostered strong partnerships with representative departments on campus, university staff & students, and external organisations. + Formed a dialogue between the ANU Disability Student Association, ANU Queer Department, ANU Women's Department, & ANU International Students Department + Conducted an Inclusion Survey, completed by more than 600 students, researching factors limiting student engagement in health, fitness and sport. The research became the baseline study for a final report and Inclusion handbook, as well as policy changes at an organisation level.Policy changes included:+ Gender-inclusive language on identity forms and documents (following consultations with the ANU Queer Department); + Image captioning on graphics other communication formats & to ensure content could be accessed by individuals reliant on screen-readers (as advocated by the ANU Disability Student Association);+ Promotional material offered in multiple languages (as recommended by the ANU International Students Department)Other initiatives included:+ Co-ordinating a successful 6-week soccer tournament for international students + Delivering an 8-a-side social women's cricket league program over a 4-week period, in conjunction with Cricket ACT/NSW+ Organising a strength & conditioning program for female (& female identifying) students preparing for the annual Inward Bound endurance race.+ Arranging free introductory gym sessions for international students & female students
